The powerful compact cell QR-CC-2 offers you an easy entry into automated welding of small parts that can be welded with a rotating movement. It has a manual two-station turning table and the station change is carried out by a horizontal rotation. A pneumatic indexing fixes the turning table and ensures repeatable positioning of the components to be welded. The position of the rotating movement of the component depends on the mounting position of the drive cube. This can be mounted horizontally, diagonally or vertically - optionally different in each station. The clamping tools for holding the components can be easily mounted on the faceplates of the positioners.
All components of the QIROX compact cell are mounted on a stable base frame. The robot and positioner are integrated in an enclosure that protects the surroundings from harmful radiation and fumes and prevents people from entering the hazardous area. The integrated forklift pockets and jack rings allow you to transport the compact cell quickly and easily. An important component of the compact cell is the QIROX QRC-300 robot. The six-axis articulated-arm robot has a classic wrist where welding torches and other working tools with a weight of up to 8 kg can be mounted. The QINEO NexT welding package consists of a welding power source with a maximum of 450 amps welding current, a powerful wire drive and a water-cooled welding torch as well as a mechanical welding torch cleaning.
