The hidden champion from Achstetten in Baden-Württemberg has recently automated the entire welding production of soft-face mallets. The new, compact QIROX QR-CC-6 robot cell from CLOOS guarantees consistent quality and reproducibility. The compact robot cell requires little space and was easy to integrate into the production process. From the sensors and control system to the safety technology, the compact cell forms a tailor-made unit with optimally coordinated components. The cell has a two-station positioner with rotary and swivel movement.
