The QIROX QR-CC-3 compact cell is a "ready to weld" system that has two workpiece positioners with vertical rotary movement. A manual sliding door closes the welding area and automatically triggers the start preselection signal. While one station is welding, the other can be reloaded. All robot and positioning axes work together fully synchronized. This enables excellent welding results, reduces non-productive times and speeds up the entire process enormously.
